Director of Communications
Brittany Feda
Brittany Feda is a marketing professional whose work focuses on leveraging digital marketing and technology for business growth. Her passion for understanding people and what truly drives their decision making paired with her love of relationship development, problem solving, and leading others has guided her career. Earning her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Ohio University, Brittany is an alumna of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communications Association Honors Fraternity, and was an undergraduate teaching assistant. She also holds various certifications including HubSpot’s Inbound certification and Inbound Marketing certification.
Creative Director
Inju Heo
Inju Heo is a Principal at YBYIdesign and Digital Designer at Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Prior to moving to Cleveland, she lived in Washington D.C. area working for House of Representatives-Office of the Clerk, Surface2 Design and Miravo Communications as a creative director, digital media developer and communication specialist. She also taught graphic design courses at American University and wrote two graphic design books. Her work has been published in–and received awards from–several major graphic design publications, such as Graphis Design Annual, and art festivals. She holds a B.A. in Graphic Design, a MFA in Computer Art, and a MFA in Visual Communication Design, from School of Visual Art in New York and Ewha Womans University.

Brett Combs
Brett is a visual communication and user-experience designer originally from Alliance, Ohio. He received his MFA in design from California College of the Arts; his BA in Philosophy from San Francisco State University and is currently studying user-experience design in the Masters UXD program at Kent State University. He previously taught Visual Communication at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and practiced print and digital design at Shutterfly, SG Cowen, HomeGain, and CMG Design. When logged off he can be found cutting and pasting mixed media collage, mountain biking the Cuyahoga Valley or enjoying dimly lit live music.
Women Lead Initiative Co-Chair
Jenika Gonzales
Jenika Gonzales is a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator at Bar 25 LLC Restaurant Group (Market Garden Brewery, Nano Brew, Bier Markt & Bar Cento). She is responsible for of all of the restaurants’ brand identity, packaging, content creation, marketing campaigns, as well as maintaining their social media and websites. In 2008, She attended the Cleveland Institute of Art for their Foundation year and later received her Associate of Arts Degree at Cuyahoga Community College. She enjoys Cleveland’s food scene and cooking Filipino food, as well as learning different types of cuisines to share with friends and family.

Shelby Muter
Shelby Muter is a Graphic Designer and Associate Art Director at Progressive Insurance’s in-house marketing agency, 96Octane. She received her MFA in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University in 2016 and continues to teach as an adjunct instructor. Shelby has also worked professionally at the American Greetings and Abercrombie & Fitch corporate headquarters. When she isn’t working or teaching she loves spending time outdoors and being with her friends and family.

Alyssa Miller
Alyssa Miller is a recent graduate of the Graphic Design program at Cleveland State University, a design intern for LAND studio, and has recently served as Vice President of the AIGA Cleveland State student group. She is passionate about people, creating community and connecting with others wherever she can. To maintain Design/Life balance in her own life, Alyssa enjoys exploring all of the art Cleveland has to offer, spending time with her cat, or traveling the world.

Chelsea Robinson
Chelsea Robinson is a video coordinator and graphic designer with Kent Displays. She is from Cleveland and received MA degree from the school of Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. Through her passion for design, Chelsea started her own freelance business that help people boost their brands throughout the city of Cleveland. In her free time, Chelsea is all about spending time with her family and friends, binge watching her favorite tv shows, and spending quality time with her rabbit Snow!

Ryan Walker
Ryan Walker is a graphic designer and front end developer who has been involved with AIGA for several years as a member of the community outreach committee. He specializes in book design, print design, web development and user experience design. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design from Cleveland State University in 2014. His other interests include illustration, 3D modeling and experimenting with new web development technologies.

Alexander Griffin
Alexander Griffin is a graphic designer at Bialosky Cleveland. A 2018 graduate of Kent State University’s Visual Communication Design program, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree with a minor in Architectural Studies, which spurred his interest in the bridges between graphic and architectural design communities. An avid cyclist and outdoorsman, he can be found out exploring the city on two wheels, or in Cuyahoga on two feet when not working on typeface design or his digital modeling skills.

Ashley Volney
Ashley Volney is a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant at Vantage Agora. She works on range of projects including social media marketing, motion graphics, photography and website design. Ashley received her BFA in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University in 2016. There, she designed for BGSU’s ArtsX Event and participated in the Sit&Tell Project for an AIGA Toledo. After college, she took on the role as the Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator for Mobile Meals of Toledo. Ashley found her way back home to Cleveland in 2017 where continues to keep her mind open with multiple creative interests like portrait photography and the art of soapmaking.
